Project Management :

Our goal is to get the job done as quickly as possible by maximizing the contractor’s manpower onsite.  Our job starts with an onsite preconstruction meeting with the job superintendent and our project manager.  MEC Project Managers/Air Sampling Professionals are trained to anticipate and respond to potential conflicts and work with contractors daily to discuss and document job specifics in order to ensure the job is done on time and according to the applicable government regulations.

            MEC representatives will observe all project activities throughout the abatement and conduct air monitoring and final air quality testing.  At the end of the project, MEC will prepare a final project log consisting of all project observations, air sampling and air quality testing results, and any pertinent project specific documentation.
