Project Design & Bidding Services:

After meeting with the client representative and discussing the scope of work and all alternatives, MEC will visit the project site to do any additional investigations in determining the quantities of materials to be dealt with and to work out any special requirements for the project.  In addition to scope development, MEC realizes that many of our clients have operations running 24 hours a day.  We work to design projects to be as accommodating as possible.

Our Project Design specifications include computer aided drawings (AutoCAD) to identify the work areas and include project specifics such as, dates, timelines and phasing, hours, containments, preparation, manpower, etc.  The Project Design is developed to increase project efficiency and ensure that all contractors are bidding on the same scope of work.  All Project Designs will be reviewed and signed by a Certified Project Designer.

MEC then contacts qualified contractors to attend a formal walkthrough and submit bid documents.  To better serve our clients, MEC reviews all bids and recommends the most qualified, responsible bidder based on the scope of work.
