LEAD

Building Inspections:

All non-destructive, lead-based paint building inspections are completed by X-Ray Fluorescent (XRF) technology or paint chip sampling.  All inspections are performed by our state-licensed lead inspectors/risk assessors.  Inspections can be performed on a limited or comprehensive basis.  Final reports identify the specific areas tested and document the measurement readings of any identified lead-based paint.
