AHERA Asbestos Inspections for Schools (K-12) :

AHERA rules and regulations require all K-12 schools to conduct 6 month and 3 year asbestos reinspections within all school buildings.  Our state-licensed inspectors will:

• perform visual inspections
• document any changes in the condition of the asbestos containing materials
• recommend any necessary operations or maintenance activities
• forward appropriate paperwork to state agencies to fulfill AHERA requirements create an easy-to-understand inspection report.
